8) Refund and Return Policy

A. Services

  • If you purchase consulting, analytics, or other professional services, you may cancel or reschedule by providing at least 48 hours’ notice before the scheduled time.
  • Refunds for services are available only if work has not yet commenced. Once service delivery has begun, payments are non-refundable because time and expertise have already been allocated.
  • If rescheduling is requested within the 48-hour period, we will attempt to accommodate a new appointment time without additional charge.

B. Digital Products

  • Digital products (such as downloadable reports, templates, or guides) are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
  • If technical issues prevent access, contact us within 7 calendar days at privacy@fiscatoriqa.com and we will provide assistance or replacement access.
  • Refunds may be considered only if the product was never delivered or is proven to be defective and cannot be replaced.

C. Physical Goods

  • If physical materials are shipped, you may request a refund or replacement within 14 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged in transit, or not as described.
  • Returned items must be unused and in original packaging. The cost of return shipping may apply unless the error is ours.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

D. Non-Refundable Items

  • Completed consultations, customized reports, or personalized analyses are non-refundable due to the individualized nature of the work performed.
  • Refunds are not granted for dissatisfaction arising from unmet expectations when the service has been delivered as described.
